At ROARRR we believe that IDENTITY forms the foundation to a successful life journey. A strong sense of IDENTITY increases the likelihood of achieving the desired milestones, but more importantly weather the storms we face. Our first and foundational step focuses on activating the youth to become brand conscious in order for successful BRAND development to take place.

Through the use of our unconventional “I am a BRAND” workshop, participants will be empowered with ROARRR’s unique ‘Brand Equation’! This will not only assist them to actively build their personal brand identities, but also give them a glimpse into how their brands can add value to the bigger picture. This activation process is then supplemented with our self-mastery programming to solidify key habits with the participants for successful personal brand development.

TALENT IDENTIFICATION

At ROARRR, we empower youth to unlock their full potential through our Talent Identification program. Using a world-renowned strengths assessment, we help young individuals discover their unique talents, understand their natural abilities, and develop strategies to turn those talents into strengths. Our program fosters self-awareness, confidence, and a growth mindset — equipping participants to make informed career and leadership decisions.

TALENTS: in this program we measure the presence of 34 talent themes through the use a world-class assessment. Talents are your naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior that can productively be applied. The more dominant your talents themes, the greater the theme’s impact will be on your behavior and performance. Upon completing the identification process the goal then becomes to take your talents and turn them into STRENGTHS.

Approach:

Individual assessment followed by one-on-one coaching session conducted by our certified coaches.
- Small group programs can also be arranged.
Duration: 1 hour assessment & 1 hour one-on-one debrief session. Follow-up coaching sessions to follow thereafter.

Develop the Individual – students who use their talents are six times more engaged in what they are doing.

Maximize Potential – By focusing on developing individual talents, the student increases the possibility of reaching their full potential and live a fulfilled life. It also allows the students to position themselves more effectively when choosing career paths and working within teams.

HHH - LEADERSHIP

ROARRR’s Hand/Head/Heart Leadership program equips youth with the essential skills and mindset to lead with purpose and impact. This holistic program encourages participants to lead with their hands through action and service, their heads through critical thinking and strategic decision-making, and their hearts through empathy and emotional intelligence. Through immersive experiential learning, team challenges, and guided reflection, we empower young leaders to discover their unique leadership style, build confidence, and develop the resilience needed to navigate complex environments.
