Our flagship program focuses on activating participants to become brand conscious in order for successful brand development to take place. 

Students will be empowered with ROARRR’s unique ‘Brand Equation’, which will not only assist them to actively build their personal brands, but also give them a glimpse into how their brands fit into the bigger picture.

The program will also assist students to become more aware of their school/community/country’s brand and how they can actively add value to it. 

Brands need to add value! Therefore, by the end of this workshop we want to see all participants make a conscious decision to become a brand that consistently add value.

Strength Identification

“Turning TALENTS into STRENGTHS”

This development component aims to identify what is in your toolkit. What is it that you have to offer that no one else can?

TALENTS: in this program we measure the presence of 34 talent themes through the use a world-class assessment. Talents are your naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior that can productively be applied. The more dominant your talents themes, the greater the theme’s impact will be on your behavior and performance. Upon completing the identification process the goal then becomes to take your talents and turn them into STRENGTHS.

Approach:

  • Individual assessment followed by one-on-one coaching session conducted by our certified coaches. 
  • Duration: 1 hour assessment & 1 hour one-on-one debrief session. Follow-up coaching sessions to follow thereafter.   

Benefits:

Develop the Individual – students who use their talents are six times more engaged in what they are doing.

Maximize Potential –  By focusing on developing individual talents, the student increases the possibility of reaching their full potential and live a fulfilled life. It also allows the students to position themselves more effectively when choosing career paths and working within teams.

Levels in Leadership

After completing I am a BRAND and Strength Identification, the focus becomes to: 
  • Lead in a way that supports their individual brand,
  • Becoming a leader that leads with your talents,
  • Approach leadership opportunities with a self-confidence with the help of a self-leadership measurement tool.
This program makes leadership practical! We activate students to start using their influence on a micro level to bring about positive change, whilst guiding them to the Levels of Leadership measurement model.

Traits of great leaders

While we believe this statement is true, what is attitude? What is it comprised of?

In this program we will address certain key traits/attitudes that we believe are necessary to become not just a good leader, but a great leader.

Self-reflection and self-evaluation is critical in the development of healthy leadership traits. In this development workshop our focus shifts inwardly, as we venture into emotional intelligence and the traits needed to become a great leader!

200 000 youths (ages 16-25) with our "I am a BRAND" program by 2030.

You can get involved today by sponsoring a youth at R99.00 once off. Participants will be taken through the “I am a BRAND” process, which includes the online course and the three related personal development webinars.
