This development component aims to identify what is in your Toolkit. What is it that you have to offer that no one else can?

TALENTS: we will measure the presence of 34 talent themes through the use a world-class assessment, which yields extremely accurate results. Talents are people’s naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behaviour which can productively be applied. The more dominant a theme (talent) is in the individual, the greater the theme’s impact on that individual’s behaviour and performance. Upon completing the identification process the goal them becomes, to take the talents and turn them into STRENGTHS.
