STRENGTH IDENTIFICATION

The program aims to identify what is in your Toolkit. What is it that you can offer that no one else can offer? Everybody has been given talents/strengths and this process will focus to uncover these talents which will again add value to the individual’s brand building process. The identification process is done through the use of assessments, which yields accurate results.

We measure the presence of 34 talent themes. Talents are people’s naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behaviour that can be productively applied. The more dominant a theme is in a person, the greater the theme’s impact on that person’s behaviour and performance.
